Forthcoming Shows:

Dr Arthur Wickstead, a GP in Hove, has lost interest in all his patients - except the young nubile ones. His wife Muriel, desperate for love, will throw herself at anyone in trousers.......or out of them. His spinster sister, Connie, just wants a bigger bust, and his son, Dennis, just wants to be noticed.

Onto this satirical merry-go-round steps the delicious Felicity, and her mother, Lady Rumpers, lately returned from Addis Ababa, the vertically challenged Sir Percy Shorter, President of the BMA, the virginal Canon Throbbing, and Denzil Shanks, the 'falsie'-fitter from Leatherhead. Mistaken identities and fleeting sexual liaisons abound!

This wonderfully funny, and somewhat surreal, farce is Alan Bennett at his very best, as he takes an affectionate swipe at the Permissive Society, which in the early 70s was threatening to erode the foundations of even the most staid middle-classes.
Directed by Philip de Glanville.
